• Advise HR Operations, HR Business Partners, and managers on complex employee relations matters in line with Serbian labor legislation and internal policies
• Assess employment-related legal and compliance risks, challenge proposed approaches, and recommend practical solutions
• Draft and review employment-related documentation and employee communications for compliance, accuracy, clarity, and consistency
• Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and internal rulebooks
• Review HR documentation and practices periodically and improve them in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
• Monitor changes in Serbian labor legislation and regulations, assess their impact on HR practices, and turn them into practical guidance and updated documentation
• Provide guidance and training to HR colleagues and managers on labor law requirements, documentation standards, and employee relations practices

• University degree in Law and strong practical expertise in Serbian labor law
• Excellent written and spoken Serbian and English
• Ability to interpret Serbian labor legislation and provide clear, practical advice
• Proven experience advising on complex employee relations matters and preparing employment-related documentation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, sound judgment, risk assessment, and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable approach; ownership and ability to manage competing priorities
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information discreetly and professionally
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn HR systems and tools quickly
