QA engineer (manual)

• Collaborate with the QA team to understand testing requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Create and maintain test cases, test data, and testing procedures based on provided specifications.
• Execute manual and exploratory testing to identify defects, uncover hidden issues, and verify bug fixes.
• Conduct basic regression testing to ensure recent software changes do not introduce new issues.
• Support test automation efforts by developing and maintaining basic test scripts under supervision.
• Log, track, and manage defects using issue-tracking tools, providing clear and concise defect reports.
• Document testing processes, execution results, quality metrics, and organizational testing standards.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning) to align with project goals.
• Leverage AI and GenAI testing tools and methodologies under the guidance of senior staff.
• Collaborate with developers and QA peers to continuously refine testing processes and share knowledge.

• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in software testing/IT roles, or relevant internship experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or ongoing relevant IT/QA studies).
• Solid understanding of core software testing concepts, methodologies, and procedures.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Strong defect identification, tracking, and technical reporting skills.
• Team player with good communication skills for agile cross-functional collaboration.
• Continuous learning mindset and willingness to adopt new testing tools and frameworks.
• English is a must
• Будет плюсом: Familiarity with test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, SoapUI); Relevant QA or IT professional certifications; Practical exposure to or interest in AI-assisted testing methodologies
