QA engineer (auto) in finance

We are currently looking for a QA Automation Engineer (Playwright + TypeScript) with 3 to 6 years of experience. Software Automation Engineer with experience in financial environments, focused on developing and maintaining test automation solutions with Playwright. Close collaboration with Product Owners, QA, Developers, Project Managers, and Management, participating in defining and implementing automation strategies that ensure the quality and stability of applications and align with business needs.

• Develop and maintain automation code based on functional and technical requirements.
• Design, execute, and optimize automated tests using Playwright.
• Automate functional, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Participate in the validation of APIs and services.
• Analyze test results, identify issues, and collaborate in resolving them.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of automation frameworks, processes, and best practices.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, QA, Developers, PMs, and Management throughout the application lifecycle.

• Proven experience in software test automation.
• Strong experience with Playwright.
• Programming knowledge, especially in TypeScript.
• Experience testing APIs using tools such as Postman, SoapUI, or Insomnia.
• Knowledge of Git and version control workflows.
• Experience working with CI/CD processes and tools.
• Previous experience in the financial, banking, or insurance sector.
• Knowledge of testing methodologies and best practices.
• Ability to interact with technical and business teams.
• Spanish C1/C2 or native (mandatory).
• English at least B2.
