QA engineer (auto) for web and mobile apps

Join IQ Soft Company as an Automation QA Engineer to build with us a stronger, smarter, and more efficient approach to software quality. You’ll be responsible for creating and maintaining automated tests, expanding test coverage, identifying quality risks, and working side-by-side with Developers and Product teams to deliver reliable software.

• Design, develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for web and mobile applications.
• Build and expand automated regression, functional, and integration test coverage.
• Identify test scenarios suitable for automation and implement efficient, maintainable automation solutions.
• Analyze requirements, specifications, and technical documentation to identify potential quality risks and automation opportunities.
• Create clear and well-structured test cases and detailed bug reports when manual validation is required.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and support continuous testing practices.
• Execute automated and manual tests, analyze results, and investigate test failures.
• Work closely with Developers, Product Owners, and other QA team members to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve quality issues.
• Monitor debugging and defect-resolution processes and verify fixes through appropriate testing.
• Maintain and improve existing automation frameworks, test scripts, and testing documentation.
• Follow up on issues reported by partners and ensure appropriate validation and regression testing.
• Stay up to date with modern automation tools, frameworks, testing methodologies, and industry best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in QA Automation, preferably with web and mobile applications.
• Strong experience with test automation frameworks and tools.
• Experience developing and maintaining automated test scripts and automation frameworks.
• Experience with API testing and basic knowledge of Performance Testing.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), QA methodologies, testing techniques, and automation principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Upper-intermediate English communication skills, both written and spoken.
