• Design and maintain test cases and test suites for product features;
• Participate in agile practices, including discovery, refinement, decomposition, sprint planning, and demos;
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for APIs and mobile UI on iOS and Android;
• Implement shift-left testing practices and advocate for testability;
• Build and maintain test frameworks and tools for QA engineers, integrate them into CI/CD pipelines, and ensure testing infrastructure reliability;
• Work with TechOps and other teams to implement quality management processes and improve testing workflows;
• Investigate production issues, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with backend and mobile developers to prevent regressions;
• Track quality metrics in Jira/Tableau and automate routine tasks;
• Mentor QA team members.

• 3+ Years of experience in Functional Testing and 3+ years in QA Automation;
• 1+ Year of experience in mobile app testing and automation;
• Recent hands-on experience with both functional and automated testing;
• Proficiency in API testing, database operations using CRUD, and basic command-line tools such as bash/zsh;
• Proficiency in mobile testing on iOS and Android, including emulators, traffic sniffing, and OS-specific testing;
• Proficiency in Kotlin or strong programming skills in Python, Java, or TypeScript;
• Solid understanding of mobile platforms, client-server architecture, and network protocols;
• Experience with CI/CD tools, version control with Git, and test management practices;
• Ability to read and reason about backend and frontend code to pinpoint defects accurately;
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, and Claude for coding, testing, and code review workflows;
• English at conversational level;
• Nice to have: experience with contract testing using Pact or visual regression testing for mobile, familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-based device farms such as BrowserStack and Firebase Test Lab, experience with GraphQL and gRPC contract testing.

• The role is remote outside Russia and Belarus.
