Social Media & Creative Content Specialist

• Plan and manage the social media calendar and create content about the company's people, culture, events, and industry
• Develop thought-leadership content for colleagues and company leadership, capturing their expertise and individual voices
• Find stories, trends, and content opportunities proactively
• Build an active presence across social channels through meaningful interactions and conversations
• Create social graphics, carousels, event materials, and other digital assets aligned with the brand identity
• Own in-house video production, including planning, filming, editing, and delivering interviews, team videos, event highlights, and short-form content
• Create screen recordings, walkthroughs, and product demo videos with the Product and Content teams
• Prepare, schedule, and publish approved content
• Handle routine website updates via CMS
• Track content performance and continuously improve creative output

• Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and visual production
• A strong portfolio featuring social media content, graphic design, and video, with the candidate's personal contribution clearly shown
• Excellent written English and the ability to adapt to different brand and individual voices
• Hands-on experience filming, editing, and producing videos independently
• Proficiency with graphic design and video editing tools
• Strong creative judgement, visual storytelling skills, and attention to detail
• Experience building social media engagement beyond simply publishing posts
• Practical experience with AI-assisted tools, including Claude and other creative, design, or video applications
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once
• A proactive mindset and confidence to take initiative and work independently
