SMM specialist in marketing agencies

Focus On Marketing Agency is looking for a creative, proactive, and results-oriented SMM Specialist to join its team.

• Manage and maintain clients’ social media pages, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Develop monthly content plans aligned with each brand’s marketing objectives.
• Create engaging captions, stories, posts, and campaign ideas.
• Coordinate photo and video content creation with designers, photographers, and videographers.
• Schedule and publish social media content.
• Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement.
• Research current social media trends and propose creative ideas.
• Support the planning and implementation of digital marketing campaigns.
• Analyze social media performance and prepare regular reports.
• Monitor competitors and identify opportunities to improve brand presence.
• Work closely with the marketing and design teams.
• Manage several client accounts and projects simultaneously.

• Previous experience as an SMM Specialist or in a similar digital marketing role.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
• Creative thinking and strong attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics and advertising tools.
• Ability to prepare content plans and write engaging copy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
