• Launch and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max), Meta, YouTube, Telegram, X, etc.
• Collaborate with designers to improve creatives based on performance.
• Analyze results, test hypotheses, and continuously seek growth points.
• Monitor competitors and trends across international markets.
• Navigate crypto ad restrictions and platform policies.
• Coordinate with analysts and work with prepared analytics.
• Contribute to mobile user acquisition and ASO strategies.

• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max).
• Knowledge of social ad platforms: Meta, YouTube, Telegram, X, etc.
• Experience in crypto marketing or deep understanding of its ad limitations.
• Data-driven mindset, strong initiative, and not afraid to experiment.
• Experience promoting products in global markets (especially Tier-1).
• Upper-intermediate English or higher.
