• Develop the Meta and Google performance marketing strategy, including budget forecasting and channel mix decisions;
• Set up, scale, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns, including structured creative testing based on clear hypotheses;
• Plan, scale, and continuously optimize Google Ads campaigns across Performance Max, Search, and GDN;
• Build a systematic testing and measurement framework, including incrementality testing and cross-channel attribution;
• Own and continuously develop server-side tracking and conversion setups;
• Test landing pages with Content and Design and optimize them for conversion;
• Shape and develop the tool landscape, from lead handover to automating recurring processes;
• Own SEA activities and monitor SEO fundamentals;
• Analyze and forecast marketing KPIs and unit economics, translating findings into budget decisions.

• 4–6 Years of performance marketing experience, including several years in an autonomous role with direct budget responsibility;
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, including Paid Facebook, Paid Instagram, Advantage+, and CBO/ABO structures;
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, including Performance Max, Search, GDN, Smart Bidding, asset groups, and audience signal optimization;
• Experience with tracking and measurement setups, including GA4, server-side tracking, Conversions API, and Enhanced Conversions;
• Confident use of marketing KPIs and unit economics, plus experience forecasting budgets and results;
• Understanding of creative work and experience collaborating closely with Design and Concept;
• Nice to have: experience at startups, scaleups, or specialized performance agencies.
