Performance marketing manager for software platforms

• Own paid performance. Run and scale paid acquisition across Google Search and Performance Max, LinkedIn Ads, Meta and programmatic - owning budgets, bidding, audiences and creative testing against clear CAC, CPL and pipeline targets.
• Turn traffic into pipeline. Build and optimise landing pages, forms and conversion paths, running continuous A/B tests that move visitors to MQLs, demos and closed revenue.
• Own measurement. Set up tracking and attribution across GA4, Tag Manager and our CRM, and build the dashboards that show which channels, campaigns and creatives actually drive revenue.
• Launch performance-led campaigns. Plan and run digital campaigns for multiple group companies, turning positioning from product marketing and sales into high-converting ads, emails and landing pages.
• Support organic growth. Partner on SEO and website performance - keyword strategy, on-page optimisation and visibility in AI-driven search - so paid and organic channels compound rather than compete.
• Scale with partners and AI. Brief and manage agencies, and use AI tooling and automation to produce creative variants, audiences and reporting faster than a traditional marketing team.

• A strong analytical foundation built through experience in start-ups, investment banking, PE/VC, strategy, or management consulting - environments that demand rigorous thinking, structured problem-solving, and rapid synthesis of information.
