As a Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you will take responsibility for the strategic and operational development of our Meta activities while driving the expansion of TikTok as a complementary performance channel. • Responsibility for planning, managing, and scaling our paid social campaigns, focusing on Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
• Building and scaling TikTok as a complementary performance channel
• Analyzing campaign, audience, and creative performance against defined KPIs and deriving specific optimization levers
• Developing and implementing testing approaches for creatives, audiences, and conversion optimization
• Identifying new scaling levers, automations, and platform features
• Responsibility for tracking and signal setups in collaboration with our analytics and tech teams
• Ensuring transparent reporting and data-driven recommendations for action
• Building and further developing programmatic advertising through the Active Agent DSP
• Close collaboration with CRM, Brand, Analytics, and Steering teams to further develop our paid acquisition strategy

• You are a true paid social professional with several years of professional experience and have succeeded in modern, agile, and collaborative environments
• A performance-oriented approach and results are part of your professional DNA
• You have strong analytical skills; data-driven decisions guide your actions and the conclusions you draw
• You love challenges and approach them with a high degree of independence, conscientiousness, and structure
