marketing manager in FMCG

The partner is an international FMCG company.

• Develop and execute brand and marketing strategies aligned with business priorities
• Lead advertising, creative development and integrated brand initiatives
• Monitor consumer behaviour, competitor activity and market trends, translating insights into clear actions
• Plan and manage market research and consumer-insight activities
• Develop locally relevant product and marketing initiatives for the Armenian market
• Manage the consumer-collecting and field-marketing programme, including a small team of Student Marketeers
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders and ensure high-quality, timely execution
• Track results, interpret market and financial data, and recommend improvements

• At least 5 years of proven experience in brand marketing, field marketing or a closely related marketing role
• Proven experience working with international brands
• Excellent command of English, Armenian and Russian
• Ability to obtain, analyse and interpret market data, together with a sound understanding of financial statements
• Strong understanding of competitor activity and consumer behaviour in an FMCG and brand context
• Ability to generate consumer insights and convert them into successful brand initiatives
• Experience implementing business strategy while managing change and people-related processes
• Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Entrepreneurial, can-do mindset
• High integrity, ownership, focus and consistent follow-through
• University degree in business, marketing or a related field
