Most people have no idea what benefits they actually have. And most of the teams running those benefits spend their week managing them in spreadsheets. Both of those are problems AI can help solve.

Ben is the agentic benefits platform for global enterprise. One system across every market, with AI doing the checking and the chasing so the people can do the deciding. We're seven years in, we built it from scratch, and there's a lot left to solve.

As Ben's Marketing Intern, you'll turn marketing strategy into the things people actually see. The direction is set — the positioning, the argument, who we're talking to. Your job is to make the work that carries it: the posts, the pages, the campaign assets, the video clips.

You'll sit with the marketing team for twelve months and learn from how great marketing actually gets made. You’ll get to experience the whole process: from the argument to the thing that ships: the report, the posts, the pages, the ad variants, the clips, the event stand. At a bigger company you'd get one of those. Here you get all of it, and quick, direct feedback from experts who care how it's done.

• Content production and reuse: taking a report, a podcast episode or an article and building the posts, emails, pages and sales assets that carry it
• Social: owning the company page calendar, and making it easier for our execs and the wider team to post
• Website and SEO housekeeping: on-page fixes, metadata, internal linking, blog uploads, and the audit items that never reach the top of anyone's list
• Event and campaign creative build: turning a concept into the invites, stand copy, follow-ups and post-event content.
• Video and podcast support: clips, captions, show notes, distribution
• Paid and campaign build alongside our demand gen lead: social ad variants and audiences, HubSpot landing pages, forms, emails and lists, and tracking.

You'll Love This Role If You...

• Have built something of your own. A social account with a following, a YouTube series, a newsletter, a side project. Growing an audience from nothing teaches you how content moves people, and that's most of what we do
• Can take a brief and improve it. Not follow it to the letter, not rewrite it from scratch. Interpret, then make something
• Are comfortable with new tools, including AI. You'd rather work out how something functions than wait to be shown
• Care who's reading. You want to know who's on the other end of the thing you're making. Everything else is teachable

No marketing degree and no marketing experience required. What you've made matters more than where you learned to make it.

Most internships hand you a spreadsheet and a coffee order. This one hands you the LinkedIn account.

You'll be one of a small marketing team, reporting to our Content Lead, working on the launches and campaigns that the rest of the year hangs off. You'll get the whole experience, from strategy to content shipped, because you'll be the one shipping it. You'll get direct feedback, quickly, from people who care about the craft.

It's a twelve-month fixed term. If it goes the way we think it will, we'll want to talk about what comes next.
