Manager, Strategic Accounts Marketing

The North Face EMEA is looking for an experienced Manager, Strategic Accounts Marketing to join our Marketing team in Stabio, Switzerland.

In this role, you will develop and execute marketing strategies across our Strategic Accounts in EMEA, strengthening brand relevance, driving consumer engagement and supporting sustainable commercial growth.

You will translate The North Face brand and category priorities into compelling, account-specific marketing strategies and consumer experiences across digital and physical touchpoints.

You will work at the centre of a cross-functional network of Sales, Brand Marketing, Product, Merchandising and our Retail Partners, connecting brand strategy, consumer insights and commercial opportunities.

• Lead integrated go-to-market:Lead integrated go-to-market:Lead integrated go-to-market: Drive omnichannel plans across retail, digital, media, content and activations, with consumer-first storytelling that builds brand equity, recruits new consumers and converts.
• Shape strategic partnerships:Shape strategic partnerships:Shape strategic partnerships: Partner with Sales and Merchandising to turn business priorities and consumer insights into joint plans with key retailers, influencing their priorities and unlocking new growth opportunities.
• Maximise marketing investment:Maximise marketing investment:Maximise marketing investment: Manage the Strategic Accounts budget and allocate it to the highest-impact brand and business opportunities.
• Deliver measurable results:Deliver measurable results:Deliver measurable results: Track consumer, campaign and sales performance, turn insights into clear actions, and align internal teams, partners and agencies to deliver.
• Five to seven years of relevant marketing experience, ideally within Strategic Account, Trade, Wholesale, Retail or Consumer Marketing; experience in the outdoor, sporting goods, fashion or lifestyle industry is highly desirable.
• A proven track record of developing and delivering marketing plans with major retail, wholesale or marketplace partners, backed by a strong understanding of omnichannel marketing across retail, digital, media, content and consumer activations.
• Strong commercial acumen and budget-management experience, with the ability to connect marketing strategy and investment to brand and business growth.
• An analytical mindset, turning consumer, campaign and commercial insights into action, combined with a strong understanding of consumer and cultural trends.
• Excellent communication, project-management and relationship-building skills, with experience leading complex cross-functional projects and the ability to influence and align multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are an advantage.
• A university degree in Marketing, Business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• A genuine passion for The North Face, exploration and the outdoor lifestyle.
