Influencer marketing manager in social commerce

Metapic Germany is looking for a talented Influencer Partnership Manager (full-time, 40 hours/week). Do you love social media and influencer marketing and want to take on real responsibility? We connect brands with influencers on a performance basis and have offices across Europe.

• Build and manage influencer relationships: You are the point of contact for our influencer community and make sure they love Metapic.
• Campaign management: You plan, coordinate, and monitor influencer campaigns from A to Z, from selection through evaluation.
• Seeding campaigns: You coordinate the shipment of products to influencers and ensure smooth execution.
• Events and meetups: You support the planning and execution of influencer events and networking gatherings.
• Performance analysis: You analyze campaign data and derive insights for the future.

• You speak German at native-speaker level and have very good English skills.
• You are communicative, creative, and eager to take on responsibility.
• You are passionate about social media and know Instagram, TikTok, and similar platforms inside out.
• You work in a structured and independent way, but are also a true team player.
• 1-2 years of professional experience, preferably in influencer marketing, social media, or creator relations.
