Influencer marketing manager for AI certification

Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to grow the presence of Nebius Certification within relevant professional communities and build long-term relationships with creators, industry experts, and ecosystem partners. These initiatives should align with our broader business goals, helping us attract technical professionals and drive adoption across the Nebius ecosystem.

• Develop and execute the influencer and community marketing strategy for Nebius Certification.
• Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with technical creators, AI practitioners, educators, and industry experts.
• Build long-term partnerships with developer communities, meetups, conferences, universities, and ecosystem partners.
• Design and execute influencer campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and certification adoption.
• Develop ambassador and advocacy programs to encourage community-led promotion of Nebius Certification.
• Coordinate collaborations across social media, video platforms, podcasts, newsletters, events, and other relevant channels.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Content, and Product teams to ensure consistent messaging and campaign execution.
• Measure the performance of influencer and community initiatives, tracking reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
• Continuously identify emerging communities, creators, and partnership opportunities within the AI and cloud ecosystem.
• Represent Nebius Certification at industry events, conferences, webinars, and community meetups when appropriate.

• 3+ years of experience in product marketing or related marketing roles.
• Strong sense of ownership and initiative.
• Experience managing marketing campaigns.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot).
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher level of English.
• Background in or strong interest in AI-powered products.
• Experience using analytics to drive marketing decisions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
