Head of marketing for beauty brands

Galmeo is a dynamically growing hub of beauty & lifestyle brands aimed primarily at Gen Z, Millennials and younger generations. The portfolio includes brands in the skincare, fragrance, body care and hair care categories, including Pheym, which we are also developing in international markets. We are looking for a Head of Marketing who will take responsibility for marketing strategy and execution, build an in-house team and directly influence sales growth and brand awareness in Poland, the UK and Germany.

• Creating and implementing a 360° marketing strategy for the Galmeo portfolio.
• Developing the Pheym brand in the UK and German markets, and the other brands in Poland.
• Planning campaigns: Social Media, TikTok, Influencer/Creator Marketing, Performance, PR, Content and Events.
• Supporting D2C, e-commerce, Marketplace and retail sales.
• Building and managing an in-house marketing team from scratch.
• Recruiting, developing and managing specialists, and working with agencies.
• Managing the marketing budget and taking responsibility for ROI.
• Analyzing data from GA4, Shopify, social media and sales, and translating it into business decisions.
• Reporting results and recommendations to the Management Board.

• At least 3 years of experience in a marketing leadership position.
• Experience in E-commerce, D2C, Beauty, Fashion or Consumer Goods.
• Proven experience in building and developing marketing teams.
• Very good understanding of digital marketing, social media, influencer marketing and performance.
• Strong analytical and business approach — ability to work with data and KPIs.
• Hands-on mindset — ability to combine strategy with independent execution.
• Very good communication and organizational skills.
• Fluent English (C1/C2).
