Head of marketing

SkyTel is looking for an experienced, hands-on Head of Marketing to lead the company's marketing strategy, brand development, and marketing activities. We are seeking a results-driven professional who can combine strategic thinking with practical execution, lead a marketing team, and contribute to the company's business growth.

• Develop and execute short- and long-term marketing and brand strategies.
• Plan and manage the marketing budget.
• Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify competitive advantages.
• Analyze customer behavior, define target audiences, and develop effective communication strategies.
• Plan, execute, and monitor online and offline marketing campaigns to support sales growth.
• Develop brand awareness and employer branding campaigns.
• Initiate, organize, and manage corporate and sponsorship events.
• Coordinate with advertising agencies, media partners, and external vendors.
• Recruit, develop, and manage the marketing team.
• Establish and monitor marketing KPIs.
• Evaluate campaign performance and continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
• Prepare performance reports and communicate results to management.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing leadership role.
• Minimum 1 year of team management experience.
• Strong background in marketing strategy, brand management, and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Proven ability to combine strategic planning with hands-on execution.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
