GTM Engineer

Omnidocs has grown from one product to a portfolio through acquisitions, and that brings a lot of untapped potential to sell across our businesses and into the market. We’re hiring a GTM Engineer to turn that potential into revenue.

The role sits at the intersection of growth marketing and revenue engineering, combining a marketer’s commercial instinct with a builder’s technical skills. Then you’ll find the hacks, plays and new ways of working that move it. You’ll sit in Demand Generation, reporting to the Director of Demand Gen.

• Connect the dots. Combine signals from HubSpot, Gong, LiveChat, Webflow, product usage and intent data into one view of which accounts are ready to buy, and what they’re ready to buy.
• Work AI-first. Use AI and agents for research, enrichment, personalisation and reporting, so the team spends its time on judgement instead of repetition.
• Scout and recommend tools. Track the GTM and AI tooling market, test what’s new, and recommend what we should adopt and what we should drop.
• Orchestrate revenue. Design plays with Marketing, Sales and Customer Success so the right account gets the right message from the right person at the right time.
• Find the hacks. Look for unconventional shortcuts and new ways of working that create pipeline faster than the standard playbook.
• Measure honestly.Treat every play as an experiment with a hypothesis and a number. Kill what doesn’t work and scale what does.
• Cross-sell across the portfolio: spot which customers are ready for a second or third product, and act on it.
• Build out our ABM capabilities: define how we use intent signals to find, prioritise and engage target accounts across our portfolio.
• Product-led growth for Xink and officeatwork: more sign-ups, faster activation, and spotting self-serve accounts that are really enterprise opportunities.

You’re a growth person who builds your own tools, or a technical person who cares about revenue. You’re curious and commercial, and happiest when a clever idea actually ships.

• Experience in B2B SaaS growth, demand gen or GTM roles where you owned results, not just process
• Hands-on with AI tools and agents, and comfortable connecting tools through APIs and integration platforms (no deep coding required)
• Working knowledge of a CRM and a marketing automation platform (HubSpot a plus), plus intent and enrichment data
• A solid grasp of how B2B buyers buy and what Sales needs from you
• An experimental mindset, and the judgement to know that a bad automated email costs more than none
• Experience with ABM, intent or sales engagement platforms
• Experience with PLG funnels and product analytics
• Exposure to the Microsoft 365 ecosystem or marketplace distribution
