• You will help establish and maintain our presence across relevant business directories, search engines, review websites, social platforms, online communities, and emerging AI-driven discovery channels.
• You'll work on making sure our business information is accurate and consistent, our profiles are complete, and our content clearly communicates who we are and what we do.
• You'll also explore how brands are mentioned in AI-generated answers, identify opportunities to strengthen our online presence, and investigate what helps AI systems discover and understand reliable information about businesses.
• From improving business listings to researching customer questions, contributing appropriately to relevant communities, and testing new content strategies, your work will help us understand how to become more visible in a world increasingly shaped by AI.
• If you notice something that could work better, speak up.

• If you have an idea worth testing, explain your reasoning and help us evaluate the results.
