Email marketing manager in iGaming

We are on the lookout for a talented and versatile Email and other outbound communications channels (SMS, messengers, pop-ups, push) manager to join our dynamic marketing team. This role demands a blend of creativity and analytical skills to manage and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will be passionate about crafting compelling marketing messages and skilled in engaging with our audience through various digital platforms.

• Design and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns across email and other communication channels, aligning with the company's branding and business objectives.
• Manage the entire email campaign lifecycle, from concept development and audience segmentation to execution, monitoring, and performance analysis.
• Develop targeted messaging strategies for different audience segments to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and conversion across all platforms.
• Perform A/B testing for messages and campaigns across different channels to determine the most effective strategies and improve future engagements.
• Analyze campaign performance using metrics and KPIs to generate detailed reports, providing actionable insights for optimization.
• Work closely with the CRM manager, content creators, and designers to produce engaging, high-quality assets tailored for each communication channel and campaign.
• Stay ahead of the curve by researching and implementing the latest trends, tools, and technologies in digital marketing communication.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by regularly reviewing and refining messaging strategies and tactics to boost marketing effectiveness.

• At least 2-3 years of proven experience in email marketing within the online sports betting or gambling industry, or similar dynamic digital sectors.
• Familiarity with leading marketing platforms and tools (Optimove in particular).
• A strong track record of developing and executing successful email marketing campaigns.
• Native-level proficiency in Russian language, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in English language, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional written communication and copywriting skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different platforms and audiences.
• Solid analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making and strategy refinement.
• Creative mindset with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across different departments.
• Adequate and confident use of AI.
