Digital Marketing Manager DACH

Join our DACH Marketing Team and help shape innovative omnichannel experiences for healthcare professionals and consumers across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. In this role, you will turn digital strategy into impactful execution while driving innovation, customer engagement and digital transformation in a collaborative, cross-functional environment with occasional travel in the DACH region.

• Plan and execute digital and omnichannel activities across Germany, Austria and Switzerland in line with DACH digital strategy and brand priorities
• Independently manage HCP and consumer digital projects and campaigns from briefing and implementation through agency coordination, performance analysis and optimization
• Manage recurring digital activities and channels including newsletters, approved emails, webinars, portal content, landing pages and localization of global digital assets
• Support the implementation of customer journeys across digital channels and customer touchpoints in close collaboration with Product Management, Sales and Medical
• Contribute to the development of brand, country and digital plans while supporting the digital transformation of the sales force through relevant tools and initiatives
• Monitor digital campaign and channel performance and support the continuous development of DACH digital platforms and channels, including HCP portals, consumer websites, CRM and email marketing
• Build strong relationships with Commercial, Medical and Sales stakeholders across Germany, Austria and Switzerland and manage assigned digital project budgets

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within pharmaceutical, healthcare or another regulated industry
• Experience in implementing, managing and analyzing digital and omnichannel campaigns and projects, including collaboration with external agencies and partners
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as SFMC or HubSpot; familiarity with CMS platforms, web analytics, digital media and campaign tracking
• Good understanding of performance marketing, customer journeys and digital customer engagement
• Collaborative and proactive team player with a positive, hands-on mindset, strong adaptability and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken

Working closely with Marketing, Sales and Medical colleagues, you will contribute to the continuous development of our digital activities and help create meaningful customer engagement across multiple channels.
