CRM manager for student recruitment

We are partnered with a leading education institution looking for an experienced CRM Manager to drive their student recruitment and engagement campaigns.

• Own the strategic direction, governance, and continuous optimisation of CRM communications across the student recruitment lifecycle.
• Design and deliver multi-channel campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio) and SMS via Twilio.
• Act as the CRM subject matter expert, partnering with marketing, recruitment, and academic teams to shape requirements and best practices.
• Oversee audience segmentation, data analysis, A/B testing, and campaign performance reporting to drive continuous improvements.
• Implement a scalable CRM operating model by increasing automation and reducing manual campaign execution.

• Proven hands-on experience and certification(s) in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud.
• Strong experience defining and evolving CRM strategies, customer journeys, and automated workflows to improve conversion.
• Demonstrable ability to work with large data volumes, derive actionable insights, and evaluate campaign performance.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to challenge requirements constructively and manage cross-functional projects.
• Candidates must have full permanent right to work in the UK and be available for an Inside IR35 assignment.
