That's why we're looking for a CRM Manager who intelligently connects technology, content, and customer experience.

• Planning, implementing, and optimizing campaigns and automations (Klaviyo, ChatArmin)
• Developing targeted customer journeys for customers and partners
• Segmentation, A/B testing, performance analysis, and more, with a focus on retention and reactivation
• Close coordination with Marketing, Design, Product, and Copywriting
• Briefings and sparring on content, landing pages, and lead campaigns
• Managing CRM processes with HubSpot, Typeform, and Gorgias

• At least 2 years of experience in CRM or email marketing (DTC or the health sector is an advantage)
• Very good knowledge of Klaviyo
• You think in funnels, love automation, and find pragmatic solutions
• A good balance of analytical thinking and creative flair
• Self-directed, hands-on, and proactive—you don't wait for tasks
• Fluent German (C1) and good English
