Own the content strategy and roadmap aligned with Nord Security B2B's marketing goals
Plan, scope, and organize content work, and continuously improve team operations
Lead content and brand projects and maintain a consistent Nord Security B2B tone of voice
Manage, develop, and grow the team; organize people around their strengths and plan workload
Set and maintain content quality standards across channels and formats
Partner with product marketing, brand, SEO, and other teams to align content with business needs and insights
требования
Strong team management skills, including at least 2 years of experience managing international and remote teams, covering performance, skill development, workload, and feedback
Proven experience leading PR and brand projects, including shaping and implementing a brand's tone of voice
Background in content and digital marketing
Strong understanding of high-quality content across channels and formats
Ability to scope, plan, and optimize work
Ability to identify issues early and drive solutions
Good communication and project management skills, with experience working cross-functionally
