• Grow and develop the subreddit through content, conversations, and community building
• Talk to users and understand what makes them stay and participate
• Create content that people want to read and engage with
• Track sentiment and identify shifts in how the community talks about the company
• Moderate discussions and manage conflicts to maintain a healthy community
• Identify patterns in community feedback, test different approaches, and turn insights into action

• Be genuinely active on Reddit and understand its culture, communities, and unwritten rules
• Be able to create engaging content
• Have strong analytical skills and understand community dynamics, track sentiment, and notice shifts in conversations
• Understand community health, engagement, moderation, and conflict management
• Identify patterns in feedback, experiment with approaches, and turn insights into action
• English C1+
• Будет плюсом: experience as a community manager, in SMM, or as a moderator; an active Reddit account with real history; a background in tech, SaaS, or AI products; understanding of the GenAI landscape and its direction
