communications & content specialist

The role supports contemporary art projects in Cyprus.

• Write and publish content for websites, newsletters, social media, and marketing materials
• Create and send email campaigns to targeted audiences
• Update and maintain websites using platforms such as Wix, Readymag, and others
• Produce simple graphics and create engaging presentations using Keynote, Google Slides, Canva, and AI tools
• Prepare marketing assets and communication materials for various channels, or coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, and social media managers
• Ensure all communications are engaging, accurate, and aligned with brand guidelines

• Excellent written communication skills in English and Greek
• At least 3 years of experience in communications, content creation, or marketing
• Strong interest in contemporary art, culture, or design
• Outstanding writing and editing capabilities
• Proven experience with email marketing and website content management systems
• Proficiency using Canva and AI-based tools
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently
