Brand Manager, Zewa (fixed-term/maternity cover)

As Brand Manager for Zewa, you will own the local brand agenda in Greece, translating global and regional strategy into effective local plans. From assortment and pricing to communications, consumer insights and marketing investment, you will have broad ownership of how the brand comes to life in the Greek market.

Based in Athens, this is an approximately 18-month fixed-term opportunity, offering exposure across local, regional and global teams. You will work closely with sales colleagues, agencies and other stakeholders while contributing your marketing and product-management expertise to brand and product initiatives.

• Brand Planning: Develop and implement the local marketing plan for Zewa, ensuring alignment with global requirements and relevant marketing strategies.
• Portfolio & Pricing: Propose and manage the optimal product assortment and related pricing for the local market.
• Marketing Investment: Manage the assigned advertising and promotion budget, allocating investment across appropriate activities.
• Consumer & Market Insights: Gather brand, product, channel and consumer insights and turn them into effective go-to-market actions.
• Brand Activation: Develop and lead marketing initiatives, including media strategy across relevant consumer touchpoints, and evaluate their effectiveness.
• Agency & Project Management: Manage media, BTL and PR agencies and contribute to cross-functional brand and product-related projects.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Build effective relationships across local, regional and global teams, sharing expertise and best practices while contributing to wider projects and networks.

• You hold a university or college degree in Economics, Marketing or a closely related field.
• You bring solid relevant brand or marketing experience, with solid knowledge of consumer and commercial marketing; experience in FMCG would be an advantage.
• You have proven project-management capability and are comfortable working with market data; product management, product development, manufacturing exposure or digital marketing experience would be valuable.
• You combine strategic and analytical thinking with strong communication, relationship-building and organizational skills. You are results-focused, detail-conscious, collaborative and comfortable managing competing priorities in a matrix environment.
• You communicate with high professional fluency in Greek and fluent written and spoken English, enabling effective collaboration with local and international stakeholders.
