The company operates an international iGaming team focused on growing affiliate networks across LATAM through influencer, streamer, tipster, SEO, and other performance traffic channels.

• Develop and scale the affiliate network across LATAM;
• Find and onboard new affiliates, influencers, streamers, tipsters, and SEO partners;
• Build and maintain relationships with key partners and KOLs;
• Negotiate and manage CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid deals;
• Activate new partners and drive first FTDs;
• Analyze traffic quality through FTD, deposits, GGR, LTV, ROI, and retention;
• Scale high-performing influencer, streamer, tipster, and SEO traffic;
• Manage CRM and reporting tools;
• Monitor traffic quality and identify fraud risks.

• 2+ Years of Affiliate Manager experience in iGaming;
• Strong knowledge of LATAM markets and an active affiliate network;
• Existing contacts with influencers, streamers, tipsters, and/or SEO affiliates;
• Strong understanding of CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid;
• Good knowledge of affiliate analytics and traffic quality;
• Fluent English and Spanish;
• Nice to have: Portuguese.
