The company operates an international iGaming team focused on growing affiliate networks across LATAM through influencer, streamer, tipster, SEO, and other performance traffic channels.
задачи
Develop and scale the affiliate network across LATAM;
Find and onboard new affiliates, influencers, streamers, tipsters, and SEO partners;
Build and maintain relationships with key partners and KOLs;
Negotiate and manage CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid deals;
Activate new partners and drive first FTDs;
Analyze traffic quality through FTD, deposits, GGR, LTV, ROI, and retention;
Scale high-performing influencer, streamer, tipster, and SEO traffic;
Manage CRM and reporting tools;
Monitor traffic quality and identify fraud risks.
требования
2+ Years of Affiliate Manager experience in iGaming;
Strong knowledge of LATAM markets and an active affiliate network;
Existing contacts with influencers, streamers, tipsters, and/or SEO affiliates;
Strong understanding of CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid;
Good knowledge of affiliate analytics and traffic quality;
Fluent English and Spanish;
Nice to have: Portuguese.
