BitDelta builds partnerships to support business growth and expands its affiliate network across key markets.

• Identify, approach, sign, and onboard new affiliates, IBs, influencers, KOLs, and content partners across target markets
• Manage existing partner relationships to improve performance, trading volume, and retention
• Develop partnership opportunities to expand BitDelta’s reach
• Negotiate and structure commission models, including CPA, revenue share, and hybrid deals
• Monitor partner performance using metrics such as FTDs, conversion rates, traffic quality, and customer lifetime value
• Use performance data to identify growth opportunities and improve results
• Identify and address low-quality or fraudulent traffic
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Compliance teams on campaigns, landing pages, and promotional materials
• Ensure affiliate promotions comply with applicable marketing requirements
• Represent BitDelta at relevant industry events and expos
• Report on channel performance, forecasts, and growth plans to senior management

• At least 3 years of experience in affiliate or partnership management at a crypto exchange, FX/CFD broker, or fintech trading platform
• An established network of affiliates, IBs, or crypto influencers that can be activated
• Strong commercial negotiation skills and a track record of growing partner revenue
• Hands-on experience with affiliate tracking platforms such as Cellxpert, MyAffiliates, or similar tools
• Solid understanding of performance metrics, Excel, and reporting dashboards
• Knowledge of crypto and derivatives products, including the compliance requirements for promoting them
• Fluent English
