Source, recruit, and onboard affiliate partners, including SEO publishers, review and comparison websites, media buyers, sports tipsters, and influencers across the MENA and GCC region
Build and scale long-term relationships with active affiliates, expanding traffic volumes and player value
Negotiate commercial terms, including CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, and Flat/Fixed fee, and manage partner caps
Work with SEO, Telegram communities, social media, and direct influencer campaigns
Monitor and analyze funnel metrics, prevent fraud, and optimize ROI
Coordinate with Product, CRM, and Payments teams to improve local conversion funnels and user retention

2+ Years of experience as an Affiliate Manager in iGaming, sports betting, or online casinos
Proven track record and hands-on experience working with MENA/GCC markets
Strong network or established base of active affiliates, webmasters, or communities in the region
Solid understanding of commission models and tracking platforms such as Affise, MyAffiliates, or Scaleo
Deep understanding of FTD, CPA, NGR, GGR, CR, retention, LTV, and player value
Upper-intermediate or fluent English
