Definition VIE

The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) program is an international program sponsored by the French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment, open to Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function. We are looking for highly motivated graduates aged 18 to 28 years, who are citizens of the European Union (all E.U. nationals, plus Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein). • Support of our People Ramp Up: data analysis on Talent acquisition metrics, translate our Talent Acquisition processes into end-user friendly solutions for our managers. Focus on tracking our open jobs and design actions for faster talent acquisition, in collaboration with our HRBPs.
• Onboarding improvement project lead: ensure our newcomers are well onboarded and integrated into our teams across diverse locations and businesses.
• Leadership Training roll out: ensure the implementation and improvement of our in-house leadership training.
• Support the development of AI usage as a co-pilot and enabler for faster, more efficient HR services.
• Work hand-in-hand with local teams and Senior HR Business partners on topics such as Future Leadership, Employer Branding and strategic workforce topics.
• Support assertives messages to our Executive Management Team with the design of strategic presentations.

- University degree in the area of Business Management with a concentration or major in People Operations, Strategic HR, or Organizational Development, or a related discipline. - First practical experience in the field of in an international HR role, ideally with a focus on project management, recruitment, digital HR transformation or HR controlling is welcome (apprenticeships and internships included). - Performance Mindset: Proactive self-starter who takes full ownership of initiatives. - Curiosity & Lifelong Learning: Demonstrates a drive to explore tools and concepts, prioritise skills growth, and adapt rapidly to evolving domains. - Empathy & Emotional IQ: Builds trust through active listening, clear transparency, and constructive communication that supports individual and team well-being. - Agility & Adaptability: Ability to navigate rapid change and re-prioritise dynamically in a fast-paced environment. - Ethics & Integrity: Exemplary personal and professional standards when handling sensitive HR data.
