As a Senior Technical Project Manager within JET Connect Integrations, you will be the central point for planning, managing, and overseeing complex projects closely linked to P&T’s Grocery & Retail (G&R) initiatives. You will serve as the primary project owner and the main contact for our technical suppliers and G&R partners. Collaborating with a cross-functional team of engineers and operational leaders, you will ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

Location: Hybrid- 3 days a week from our London office & 2 days working from home

Reporting to: Technical Delivery Lead

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

- Establish clear communication and coordination between Product, Engineering and Commercial teams as well as across the broader business.

- Lead Complex Partner Facing Projects through the full Integration lifecycle.

- Influence key stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor to facilitate change aimed at improving the structure, processes and culture across P&T

- Collaborate with clients to define requirements and develop solutions that can be effectively translated to the software development team.

- Lead the identification and management of relevant dependencies, risks and challenges, proactively resolving issues where possible

- Utilize product knowledge to troubleshoot issues, replicate problems, identify root causes, resolve or escalate issues appropriately.

- Advocating for and leading on initiatives resulting in continuous improvement of team ways of working and operational efficiencies within JET Ventures Integrations.

- Lead projects in a Business-As-Usual (BAU) stage, including account management responsibilities.

• Experience in project or development environments, with knowledge of Agile, PMP, PMBOK, or PRINCE2 methodologies.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience leading multiple projects in a fast-paced, geographically diverse environment.
• Ability to overcome obstacles to meet project deadlines, with a strong focus on detail and results delivery.
• (Nice to have) Experience in SaaS companies, hospitality/payments, and familiarity with APIs, Postman and JSON technologies.
