• Manage standard print orders from quotation through ordering to delivery;
• Work in a system connecting customer orders with production;
• Negotiate terms with suppliers and printing houses to secure the best offers;
• Monitor deadlines, quality, and costs for each order;
• Maintain smooth communication with customers and the team in Polish and English.

• Have at least 2 years of experience in print production or an agency;
• Have very good English at least B2 and use it daily;
• Manage multiple orders simultaneously without losing details;
• Be well organized and comfortable working at a fast pace;
• Demonstrate drive and responsibility for own projects;
• Nice to have: Ease of using IT systems.
