• Learn the core processes behind game feature development and complete practical assignments;
• Analyze game mechanics, develop product solutions, prepare documentation, and work with game builds;
• Contribute to the preparation and delivery of game features, collaborating with developers and game designers;
• Independently manage several tasks and take ownership of an area of responsibility within a product team;
• Work closely with the producer and development team;
• Ensure the quality and timely delivery of assigned work.

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with software development processes, including planning, prioritization, and quality control, in a role such as Project Manager, Business/System/Data Analyst, QA Lead, or Product Manager;
• Technical background;
• Interest in people management and willingness to develop in this area;
