• Manage and coordinate projects autonomously, ensuring deadlines, objectives and quality are met;
• Oversee project planning, scope, risks, costs and resource allocation;
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, promoting collaboration between business and technology areas;
• Ensure effective and continuous communication with clients, stakeholders and internal teams;
• Prepare progress reports and monitor project KPIs;
• Identify, anticipate and mitigate risks, deviations and blockers, escalating critical situations when necessary;
• Ensure the proper execution and delivery of complex projects, aligned with defined objectives;

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Project Management and team coordination;
• Proven experience managing complex projects in technology and/or digital transformation environments;
• Experience with project management methodologies and Agile (Scrum and Kanban);
• Experience with management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project and Azure DevOps;
• Ability to analyze, organize and make decisions in dynamic environments;
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Organized, proactive and results-oriented profile;
• Team coordination and leadership skills;
• Ability to work autonomously and influence different stakeholders;
• Будет плюсом: Agile and/or Project Management certifications, such as PSM I, CSM, Scrum Master, PRINCE2 Foundation or CAPM; Experience defining and monitoring project metrics and KPIs; Experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
