• Lead and manage cross-product line projects from inception to completion;
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources;
• Develop project plans and schedules and monitor progress;
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Applied Innovation, regulatory, engineering, and manufacturing;
• Identify and manage project risks and develop contingency plans;
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders;
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements;
• Provide regular project updates to senior management.

• University degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Nanotechnology, or a related field;
• Master’s degree or preferably PhD; technicians with a Bachelor’s degree and more than 5 years of experience may be considered under certain circumstances;
• Profound knowledge of colloidal chemistry and nanotechnology;
• Profound knowledge of laboratory and production-scale equipment used for emulsions and Delivery System technologies and products;
• Profound knowledge of cosmetic and pharmaceutical Delivery System technologies;
• Fluent in English and Spanish;
• Strong leadership and communication skills;
• Experience working with intercultural and cross-functional teams;
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
• Knowledge of project management software and tools;
• Nice to have: Experience in the research and production of delivery systems and surfactants, knowledge of cosmetics applications, cosmetic actives, and Personal Care.
