• Track project progress and coordinate activities across multiple teams

• At least 1 year of experience in IT project management or a similar role
• Good practical knowledge of Jira, including tasks, boards, and workflows
• Basic understanding of software development processes
• Fluent Georgian
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Proactive and takes initiative without constant instructions
• Responsible, follows through on commitments, and completes assigned tasks independently
• Accurate in keeping information organized, reliable, and up to date
• Curious, open to feedback, and motivated to develop professionally
• Reliable in following established processes and keeping stakeholders informed
