задачи
- Lead the ERP implementation project from requirements gathering and planning through UAT, launch, and outcome control;
- Manage the project budget, timelines, risks, and changes;
- Integrate the ERP system with corporate systems;
- Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Supply Chain business functions;
- Manage the project from the customer side in a Customer–Contractor model;
- Roll out Oracle EBS ERP.
требования
- At least 4 years of experience managing IT projects;
- At least 2 years of experience with ERP implementation projects;
- Experience implementing ERP with hands-on involvement throughout the project lifecycle;
- Experience working with Oracle ERP;
- Experience managing ERP integrations with corporate systems;
- Experience working with Finance, HR, and Supply Chain business functions;
- Experience in a Customer–Contractor model;
- Fluent English;
- Nice to have: PMP, PMI, PRINCE2.
