project manager for digital banking

Candescent provides digital banking, account opening, and branch solutions for financial institutions, connecting digital, remote, and in-person channels. Its SaaS platform combines human-centered design with data, automation, and cloud-based innovation to help banks and credit unions improve customer experiences and operations.

• Drive end-to-end project execution, managing timelines, risks, documentation, and stakeholder alignment through status calls, project plans, dashboards, notes, and status summaries
• Establish and update integrations, including SAML SSO, OIDC SSO, Aspects, Image Services, and other supported integration types
• Engage with the Marketplace onboarding lifecycle and understand how each phase affects project readiness and timelines
• Collaborate with integration QA resources to stay current on integration and extensibility technologies and best practices
• Recommend and draft improvements to templates, documentation, and project workflows to improve consistency, efficiency, and Partner experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track project dependencies and escalate timeline impacts or risks
• Use AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, predictive accuracy, and quality

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
• At least 4 years of related experience
• Proven cross-functional, end-to-end coordination skills for customer-facing project work with documented processes and documentation of scope, status, and blockers
• Excellent verbal and written communication, influencing, and listening skills
• Experience with Smartsheet or equivalent project management tools
• Ability to quickly learn basic financial services concepts and integration and extensibility concepts
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and organizational skills
• Будет плюсом: experience in a SaaS or Fintech project role, exposure to SSO technologies (SAML, OIDC), exposure to mechanisms for curating end-user digital content (user groups, iframes, higher and lower environments)
