- Proven experience delivering medium to large-scale IT, digital, or business transformation projects.
- Strong project management expertise across Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
- Demonstrated experience managing budgets, resources, timelines, governance, and vendor relationships.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage at all levels of the organisation.
- Experience working on enterprise technology projects involving business and IT teams.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery execution.
- Previous experience working within a manufacturing organisation.
- Experience delivering or supporting:
- Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
- SAP programmes
- ERP or enterprise application deployments
- Finance or Treasury systems
- Operational technology (OT) and manufacturing technology projects
Languages
We would particularly welcome applications from candidates who can communicate at a business-professional level in French and/or German. This is not essential but would be highly advantageous given the international nature of our programmes and stakeholder community.
