Product Owner (Credit Line)

Join us to own and grow ESTO's credit line - a revolving credit product used by customers in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.

As Product Owner (Credit Line), you are responsible for the whole customer journey: how people discover the product, apply, get their credit limit, withdraw money and repay. This is not a classic product management role - it is a builder role for someone who understands the business, talks to customers, and uses AI tools to prototype, analyse and ship things themselves.

You report to the lead of our consumer products team.

• Own the credit line strategy and roadmap - set priorities that grow the number of customers, usage and revenue, while keeping repayments healthy
• Own the core product experience - applying for credit, withdrawing money, increasing limits and managing the account in our self-service app
• Shape credit limits and pricing - work with our Credit team on who gets what limit and when it can grow, and with Finance and Legal on interest, fees and campaigns in each country
• Build with AI tools and engineers - prototype new flows, automate analysis and reporting, and ship smaller changes yourself; turn bigger needs into clear requirements for engineers
• Own the numbers - track how customers move through the product, run experiments and act on the results
• Be the credit line expert for other teams - support Marketing, Customer Success, Collections, Billing and Legal, and decide everything that is specific to the credit line

• Experience - 2+ years in product management, growth or business analysis roles, preferably in fintech, lending or e-commerce
• AI-native builder - hands-on with AI tools (LLM assistants, coding agents, no-code/low-code platforms) - you have built and shipped things yourself and can show them
• Business sense - understand how interest, fees, credit limits and late payments affect the revenue of a credit product
• Technical fluency (no software engineering required) - comfortable with how digital products, APIs and data work; basic SQL is a plus
• Data-driven - comfortable with funnels, conversion analysis and analytics tools
• Strong communicator - clear written specs and updates in English; able to work with lawyers, credit analysts and engineers alike
• Ownership mentality - self-directed, moves fast and finishes things
• Experience in consumer lending or credit cards; knowledge of the Baltic markets
• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Estonian, Latvian, Lithuanian, or Russian.
