Product manager in payment and benefits solutions

The EGOR Group, in the Specialized Recruitment area, is recruiting a Product Manager for a multinational company in the payment and benefits solutions sector.

• Manage and monitor the lifecycle of products, features and digital platforms.
• Participate in defining and executing the product roadmap, identifying opportunities for evolution and differentiation.
• Gather and analyze the needs of clients, users, partners and internal teams, translating them into functional requirements.
• Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, customer value and required resources.
• Coordinate projects with multidisciplinary teams, monitoring development, testing and launches.
• Monitor performance, usage and satisfaction indicators, proposing continuous improvement actions.
• Collaborate with different business areas on product launch and adoption plans.

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering, Marketing, Economics or a similar field.
• Between 2 and 5 years of professional experience in project management, business development or similar roles.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of the areas of payment methods, particularly digital payments, Human Resources and Finance.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Fluency in Portuguese and B2-level knowledge of English.
• Experience in developing CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
