• Shape, scale, and operate AI- and automation-driven digital products that improve Finance effectiveness, efficiency, compliance, and decision quality;
• Own multiple complex AI- and automation-enabled digital products across Finance processes, data platforms, and squads throughout their lifecycle;
• Ensure products deliver measurable business value, operational efficiency, and compliance;
• Collaborate with product development, data, AI, Finance, risk, legal, and operations teams;
• Drive agile practices across squads, including continuous planning, backlog prioritization, and co-creation of user stories;
• Assess value potential, adoption, performance, and lifecycle decisions such as scaling, standardization, or retirement;
• Provide architectural guidance and drive product and delivery enablement for solutions owned by other squads across the IT Finance platform;
• Bridge business, technology, data, and AI stakeholders to support Finance strategy and enterprise objectives;
• Manage stakeholder relationships across Finance leadership, process owners, data and AI teams, architecture, and risk functions;
• Balance innovation, feasibility, risk, and value realization;
• Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a complex ecosystem of AI- and automation-enabled products;
• Align business priorities, data readiness, technology platforms, and governance requirements;
• Plan and optimize capabilities to achieve efficient and scalable business outcomes;
• Lead structured discovery and delivery of digital products;
• Translate user needs and non-functional requirements into roadmaps and prioritized backlogs;
• Oversee progress against defined outcomes, product health, and budgets;
• Validate solutions through usability, feasibility, business fit, risk, and value testing;
• Monitor user feedback and performance metrics to refine solutions, improve adoption, and maximize business impact;
• Communicate and collaborate across product management, engineering, data, and other technical teams;
• Drive change management and user adoption strategies with Finance transformation and communications teams;
• Mentor and coach junior product managers.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Informatics, or comparable experience;
• 8+ Years of experience in Product Management in complex digital environments;
• 4+ Years of experience working in Agile / DevOps setups;
• 3+ Years of experience with AI/ML, intelligent automation, advanced analytics, or data-driven products;
• Experience taking AI/ML products from concept to production;
• Proven experience managing complex product ecosystems rather than single applications;
• Strong understanding of Finance processes such as Accounting, Reporting, Planning, and Compliance;
• Nice to have: Proven ability to lead through influence across organizational boundaries, strong strategic thinking and decision-making in ambiguous environments, ability to quantify and communicate business value, experience in large global highly regulated environments, excellent communication across technical and non-technical audiences, experience with Design Thinking, user-centered design and user analysis, experience building product vision, product roadmap, product strategy, and competitive analysis.

• 25 760 PLN gross per month minimum monthly compensation;
