Product manager in finance operations

Filmin is the leading streaming platform for film lovers in Spain and Portugal. Independent cinema, documentaries that help us understand the world, award-winning series, great classics from the history of cinema, and privileged access to the most important film festivals in the world. At Filmin, we exist because cinema changed our lives. We are looking for a Product Manager for Finance and Administration operations, responsible for the software that ensures the process from the moment a title dazzles us until it captivates the audience runs smoothly.

• Take ownership of the vision and strategy for an internal product vertical, taking charge of the roadmap.
• Build and launch initiatives in our software ecosystem, working closely with multidisciplinary teams (administration, finance, design, development, data, etc.).
• Make decisions that ensure the intended impact, analyzing usage metrics and user feedback to adjust scope and change direction.
• Conduct generative and evaluative research to identify growth opportunities and validate solutions in the early stages of product development.
• Align work with stakeholders, taking part in communicating status, learnings, and results.
• Contribute to identifying opportunities with partners and external teams, learning to manage relationships that add value to the product.

• Experience managing digital products.
• Background in technology.
• Technical knowledge to understand digital architectures and work alongside software development teams.
• Familiarity with product methodology.
• Interest in Shape Up, a critical view of agile methodologies and artificial intelligence, and flexibility to adapt and put them into practice in a different environment.
• Ability to work in complex environments.
• Ability to lead work with the executive team and teams from other disciplines: sales, administration, finance, data, legal, CX, etc.
• Understanding of the business.
• Ability to understand administration and operations workflows and their impact on the business.
• Use of evidence and data on behavior, business, and product (with tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Tableau, etc.) to set objectives and prioritize initiatives.
• Ability to address the needs of different stages of the business cycle by aligning requests from different teams.

• Permanent contract.
• Salary range of €40,000–€50,000.
• Hybrid working arrangement: 3 days working from home + 2 days in person (in Barcelona).
