Product manager in construction

Kuro is the intelligent project data system for construction. We're reimagining how construction professionals get work done and make decisions by leveraging AI to augment back-office workflows and make core data accessible. After one year on the market leading construction enterprises with a combined construction volume >30 billion annually use Kuro everyday to automate workflows and make faster, better decisions. We are 16 people based in Berlin. You will join a group of ex-technical founders and builders that are ambitious and kind.

• Be an active voice in roadmap creation, balancing immediate platform needs with long-term strategic investments.
• Lead strategic initiatives to capture key decisions across the project lifecycle and evolve Kuro's scalable data domain model.
• Define success metrics, use production data to iterate on platform capabilities, and communicate releases across the organization.
• Make informed decisions on prioritization, scope, and sequencing, partnering with leadership on major architectural and new product bets.
• Discover opportunities with Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) and translate complex operational challenges into clear product requirements.

• 5+ years of product management experience building technical products, such as AI, automation, developer tooling, or enterprise software.
• Proven experience shipping data platform products, APIs, or graph- and ontology-based systems.
• Strong understanding of how LLM-powered products behave in production and the challenges of building AI-native products.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous environments, making informed decisions with incomplete information, and balancing short-term needs with long-term platform investments.
• Passion for understanding users' day-to-day workflows and a willingness to become a domain expert in the construction industry.
• Fluent in German, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
