product manager in client-side security

Jscrambler provides a unified client-side protection and compliance platform that combines JavaScript obfuscation with third-party tag protection. Its solutions defend businesses against cyber threats, data breaches, and intellectual property theft while supporting compliance with standards such as PCI DSS v4.0.

• Build knowledge of the client-side security space, customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape, and bring customer perspectives into decisions
• Identify high-value opportunities and define initiatives with clear goals, scope, and success metrics
• Assess initiatives from a platform perspective, prioritizing shared capabilities, consistency, and scalability
• Own and prioritize the roadmap for the assigned area, aligned with company priorities and evidence
• Work with Design to shape solutions, define problems and user flows, and provide Engineering with functional details
• Partner with Engineering through discovery and delivery to validate assumptions, make trade-offs, and remove obstacles
• Use AI to accelerate discovery, insight analysis, and prototyping, and to test ideas early
• Enable Sales and Marketing at launch with product insight, demos, and customer evidence
• Track product metrics and customer feedback after launch and use the findings to inform future decisions
• Communicate clearly with executives, engineers, and customers, adapting to the audience
• Simplify complex technical problems into clear choices and actionable plans
• Balance customer value, platform health, technical feasibility, and business impact, and explain decisions
• Take ownership of outcomes and act without waiting to be told
• Work with ambiguity and turn open questions into clear direction
• Support opinions with evidence and revise them when the evidence changes
• Keep learning about customers, technology, and new ways of working

• At least 2 years of experience as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS, with initiatives demonstrating the path from problem to outcome
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Technical depth to discuss architecture and trade-offs with engineers and bridge strategy and implementation
• Experience using qualitative and quantitative data to prioritize, validate hypotheses, and drive decisions
• Experience balancing immediate customer needs with long-term platform health in product decisions
• Proven cross-functional collaboration with Design, Engineering, and customer-facing teams
• Hands-on use of AI tools in research, prototyping, or validation, with examples to share
• Fluent spoken and written English
