Product manager for the website

We've grown our user base by a factor of 9 and doubled our team, with plans to continue growing—expanding the functionality of existing products and launching new ones. • Formulating and testing product hypotheses aimed at increasing product purchase conversion, including conducting quantitative and qualitative research.
• Analyzing and improving the customer journey from the first touchpoint to the beginning of product use.
• Setting and monitoring the quality and deadlines of tasks performed by adjacent teams.
• Prioritizing needs, backlog management, development planning.
• Defining and achieving key metrics.

• Minimum 3 years of product management experience, understanding all stages of the product lifecycle, and deep knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Ability to conduct market analysis, gather and interpret data, and make decisions based on facts.
• Experience in building Customer Journey Maps (CJM), defining Jobs to be Done (JTBD).
• Experience with analytical tools.
• Native Russian speaker (the team is Russian-speaking).
