• Own the 0-to-1 market expansion strategy, defining personas, segmentation, packaging, and value proposition
• Identify key customer moments and design delightful experiences that feel native while scaling globally
• Build winning experiences, not just features, ensuring products are honest, transparent, and precisely address customer needs
• Invest in details that make difficult moments comforting and ordinary moments fun
• Use automation, data, and tools to help the team focus on empathy and big-picture creativity
• Define a best-in-class vision and build high-quality first versions that form a foundation for the next three years
• Harmonize input from diverse makers and help teams reach decisions quickly from ideation to launch

• 7+ Years of product management experience, with a proven track record of successful market expansions or high-stakes global product launches
• Exceptional product sense and a relentless focus on customer experience
• Strategic, data-driven approach to customer personas, segmentation, packaging, and pricing for new audiences
• High-agency mindset and ability to overcome obstacles proactively
• Strong communication and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and explain how to win in new markets
• Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to AI
• Ready to work in an office environment most days of the week
