Product manager for digital book platforms

book.uz is a growing technology-driven company focused on improving how people discover, access, and enjoy books and educational content. Based in Tashkent, the organization is building user-friendly digital solutions that connect readers, authors, and publishers on a single platform. The team values innovation, data-informed decision-making, and customer-centric product development. The Product Manager at book.uz will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of digital products, from discovery and requirements gathering to launch and continuous improvement.

• working closely with engineering, design, marketing, and operations to define product vision, roadmap, and priorities
• collecting and analyzing user feedback and data
• writing clear product requirements
• coordinating sprints
• tracking performance against business and user experience goals
• collaborat[ing] with stakeholders to balance customer needs, technical constraints, and commercial objectives, ensuring timely delivery of valuable features
• monitoring market trends
• identifying opportunities for new products or enhancements
• communicating progress and insights to leadership

• Product management skills, including product strategy, roadmap development, and requirements definition.
• Experience with data analysis, user research, and translating insights into actionable product decisions.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies, sprint planning, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering and design teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align diverse teams around shared goals.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field;
• Ability to work on-site in Tashkent, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a fast-moving environment.
• Proficiency in relevant productivity and collaboration tools;
• Будет плюсом: product management certifications are a plus; Background in digital platforms, e-commerce, or education/edtech is beneficial; experience with analytics platforms is an advantage
